Dear Rodeo Vendor,

 Give Every Child A Chance invites you to our first Ropin’ on the River Rodeo.  This CCPRA sanction event will be held on June 4^th & 5^th, 2011 at Dell’ Osso Family Farm in Lathrop, California. 

Enclosed you will find a vendor application.  Booths for this event are limited do to space constraints so get your application in early.  We expect over 4,000 attendees at this event so you won’t want to miss this one.

Vendors will be placed on gravel so please plan accordingly.  Vendors requiring electricity may bring a newer model, quiet generator.

 All vendors selling a product will be required to have a California Resale number to participate in this event.  There is no charge for this number and you can obtain your number by calling the State Board of Equalization at (209) 948-7720.  Your resale number must appear on your application when you submit for acceptance.

 Reminder: All food booths are required to have a fire extinguisher and a posted health check list in their booth.  The Rodeo Committee will obtain your health permits.
